This lighter from TFA works with an electrically generated glow spiral
and can be charged easily and economically using a micro USB cable – on a
laptop, PC or power bank – just like your smartphone. Four LED
indicator lights flash when the battery needs to be charged and after 1 –
1.5 hours of charging it is ready for use again. The correct USB cable
is included.
This practical device has even more advantages over conventional
lighters: Since it does not generate an open flame, it ignites like a
storm lighter in all weathers and offers more safety. The glow spiral
heats up immediately by pressing the button.
A protective cover prevents unwanted ignition. The spiral is switched
off automatically as soon as you release the button or after 9 seconds
at the latest.
